* What to Bring to Your Appointment?
- A list of your current medications and dosages.
- The name, address and telephone number of the doctor who referred you.
- Your insurance information or National Health Insurance Card.

National Health Insurance rules
- The National Health Insurance provides six rehabilitation sessions after a visit to the doctor.
- Please make the co-payment of 50 NT dollars at the Cashier before each therapy session.
- After six rehabilitation sessions, you will need to visit your doctor again and ask him to arrange a new therapy program.

Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) is committed to teamwork in rehabilitation, with the goal of a speedy and effective recovery.

direct therapies and services provided by the rehabilitation team and coordinate care.
Physical therapists
develop treatment programs to help you improve mobility through exercise and training.
Occupational therapists
